"The band that morphed into Grey Skies Fallen in 1997 got together for the first time in October, 1995. This was but a few short months after the release of "The Angel and the Dark River." This was no coincidence. Fast-forward twenty years and we jumped at the chance to contribute to this project. "From Darkest Skies" has always resonated with me on both, a musical, and lyrical level. After narrowing down the potential choices, covering this song was a no-brainer." - Grey Skies Fallen
